Our Garden

With the economy the way it is, and Steve's job loss this winter we decided to have a garden this year. It'll save money and we can have fresh veggies! After church this morning, we went out to check out the garden. We planted it on Memorial Day weekend, and already we had to pick beans! So I took out a bowl and started picking!! We have more than enough for supper, and we even got some sugar peas too! (which I already ate!) I'm sure that this garden will turn out to be a great investment.

Summer Fun

It's been a while since I posted here! Sorry about that!!

A few nights ago, when it was super hot, we had Charlie outside when we were watering all the flowers and he wanted the hose. So we let him play with the hose and he thought it was the greatest! We almost got him to drink out of the hose, but he would just giggle and back away. Regardless, it was really cute! I'm sure there will be more days like that one!
