Mommy's little helper!

Charlie has been getting into EVERYTHING!!! You name it, he's into it. The fireplace, the wood bag, the newspapers, the half bathroom, the vanitys, and ALL the kitchen cupboards. I think he thinks that he is helping, especially when he stood on the dishwasher door to "help me" unload them. All he really did was shake the shelves so that the glasses would clink together. Regardless, it is cute. Steve wasn't too happy about him standing on the door, but I'm sure it wouldn't be the first thing that will break around here. Ahh...the joy of children!

Here Mommy, now we are going to make cookies...

Here's some dishes Mommy!

What??

Charlie's New Favorite Toy!

This is the newest sound around our house! That, or clanging of my cookie pans! But whatever keeps him happy! I think it is hilarious how he has his mouth just wide open, like he is making the noise or something. Quite cute, if I do say so myself!

An Answer for you

"What could you possibly need that many coupons for??" This is the question I get when my coworkers see the pile that others bring me. Let me show you....

This was all free...

Enough said.

Charlie's First Haircut!

Last week Friday, we were hanging out at Bryan and Emily Henion's house. It just turns out that Emily is a cosmetologist, and Charlie needed a haircut. Bad. His hair was hanging in his eyes and always in the way. Unfortunately, there is no proper way to pull back a boys hair. No cute barrettes, headbands, or pony tail holders. Also, I hate it when celebrities (i.e. Kate Hudson) let their sons hair grow out and it's long. SO....with that, I said let's go for it! Charlie did really well, for being only 9 months old! He really just wanted to grab her scissors, other then that, it all went well. Kudos to Emily for doing a great job on a wiggly baby!
Before...

I want your scissors!!

Look what I got!

All done! Doesn't he look much older??

The best thing

Thanks to Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Sarah for the coolest Christmas present! Charlie loves to ride on his Tonka truck! Steve says that he is going to be a bruiser when he grows up....I wonder who he gets it from?? He's only 9 months old, but he's riding this thing like he's 2! Still, I love watching my boys play together! Very cute!

You know you are tired when...

You know you are tired when you are sitting in your crib crying because you "aren't tired", and then you fall asleep sitting like that.Don't worry, I fixed him.
